For this project, I served as the sole motion designer and animator for 23 customer service training videos, managing the animation process from production planning through final delivery.
Created production timelines and coordinated directly with the client-side project manager to keep videos on schedule.
Designed and illustrated characters and visual assets.
Developed reusable character rigging templates to streamline production across the video series, and animated each video.
Balanced creative development with production management to maintain consistency and efficiency across a large series of deliverables.
